Biography

Mike Lehutsky is a lifelong resident of Wayne County and a graduate of Western Wayne High School. Mike has over 30 years of experience practicing as an attorney in Pennsylvania. He formerly served as the District Attorney for Wayne County, and Mike also has experience handling civil litigation, business, and corporate law. 

Currently, Mike spends most of his time practicing real estate law, representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions to ensure their interests are protected.  

Mike was a 20-year member of the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association, as well as a member and former president of the Honesdale Area Jaycees. Mike served the March of Dimes, both on its local Wayne-Pike Walk Committee and on its Northeastern Pennsylvania Regional Board, helping to raise more than $100,000 for that charity. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Victims Intervention Program and the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence, advocating for the rights of crime victims.
